CaseSoft PDF Bates Stamping Tool (18 Minutes)

The CaseSoft PDF Bates Stamping Tool gives you the ability to Bates Stamp individual PDFs or large groups of PDFs. You format and store your styles; the tool cracks open a PDF and individually stamps each page of the document.

In this 18-minute webinar we review what the Bates Stamp Tool does and show you the tool in action. We also demonstrate how to use the Stamping Tool with Adobe Acrobat to create a document index in our case analysis tool, CaseMap.

CaseMap 6 - Import Emails From Outlook (13 Minutes)

The CaseMap 6 Import Email from Outlook utility imports all of the emails from a selected folder in Microsoft Outlook. It creates a Document Object record in CaseMap for each email and links it back to Outlook. In this webinar we'll introduce the feature and review when its use may be appropriate--and handy!

Client Intake Interview Jumpstart Webinar (17 Minutes)

CaseMap 6 incorporates a new feature to aid you in collecting valuable case information from your client and transferring the info into CaseMap. It's called the Client Intake Interview Jumpstart. In this webinar we introduce a wizard that makes it easy to use the feature and we show you a new ReportBook you can use to improve client communication and interaction.

Using CaseMap 6's Enhanced Acrobat Integration (21 Minutes)

Many users of CaseMap find that the tight integration between our case analysis tool and Adobe Acrobat makes it easy to cull facts from PDFs and send them to the Facts spreadsheet of CaseMap. The Send-to-CaseMap functionality in the new Acrobat plug-in for CaseMap 6 means more options and features to make document review, coding and the case analysis process easier.

Acrobat Send PDFs to CaseMap Utility (11 Minutes)

This CaseMap 6 feature gives you the ability to create document records in your CaseMap case file from Acrobat with links to a PDF file or folder of PDFs . The webinar shows how to access this new feature from Acrobat and how to use a wizard to easily populate a document index with linked files.

CaseMap 6 Summary Judgment Report Features (17 Minutes)

CaseMap 6 makes it far easier to prepare the court filings required for Summary Judgment. This webinar introduces a number of CaseMap features you can use for SJs, including a wizard that helps you quickly create a report in preparation for filing a MSJ, Statements of Undisputed or Disputed Material Facts or a Separate Statement of Material Facts. We also demonstrate CaseMap techniques useful for assembling and organizing needed facts.
