TextMap Reports

TextMap is packed with many useful reporting options. We’ve added wizards for many of the most frequently generated reports in order to make creating useful work product quick and easy! Below we’ve got links to samples of all the reports you can create.

One of the great new reporting options is the ability to generate reports based on multiple transcripts. These are called ReportBooks and they are configured with an optional title page, table of contents, confidentiality statement, introduction and individual report title pages.

Transcripts can be output from TextMap as full-sized, condensed or note-taking versions. You can craft Search Reports that list all instances of a word or phrase in context. You can even produce Annotation Digest reports that are filtered by issues linked to the annotations and linked to CaseMap facts.
