Overview of Training at CaseSoft’s Offices

We’re very glad you’re thinking about visiting our offices for training. Here are details on typical class times and content, as well as information about lodging and travel arrangements. Please be sure to let us know if you have any special requests.

Class Timing

Almost all sessions at our office are single day events that run from 9:30 to 3:30. Most attendees travel in the day before the training session and fly out the evening of the session.

Please let us know if a 9:30 start time works for you or if you would prefer to start earlier (due to an early flight out) or later (due to getting in late the night before). If we end at 3:30, you should be able to catch a flight that leaves Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) anytime after 6:00 p.m.

We plan to order lunch in so we can keep working as we munch. If you would prefer to go out for lunch, please let us know.

Dress Code

We dress casually in the office and encourage you to do likewise if you wish. Jeans or shorts are fine.

Accommodations & Directions

Our offices are in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, about 45 minutes south of Jacksonville International Airport (JAX).
