DocPreviewer™-- Major Revamp of Acrobat® PDF & Outlook® Integration

DocPreviewer builds on capabilities released in earlier versions of CaseMap® case analysis software. It’s a richly expanded tool that operates seamlessly within CaseMap 8. You can use DocPreviewer to review batches of emails and other discovery documents in minutes, automatically populate email senders and recipients into a CaseMap cast of characters, link PDF emails to those characters and more:

• Import and convert e-mails to PDF for quick review.
• Add Bates stamps to email PDFs for easy identification.
• Instantly tie senders and recipients to email documents within CaseMap.

There is an additional subscription cost for DocPreviewer if you want the Bates Stamping feature, the remarkable new Email-to-PDF wizard, and the Persons Spreadsheet import feature.

If you already own a current subscription for the CaseMap Plug-in PLUS for Acrobat, you will receive the DocPreviewer upgrade automatically, as part of your subscription. The ability to cull facts from PDFs and send them to CaseMap is still a no-charge capability of CaseMap and Acrobat integration. The same goes for the DocPreviewer Review Mode -- still no charge. Plus, if you have Acrobat 6 or better (Standard or Professional) you can send multiple PDFs from Acrobat to CaseMap -- you guessed it, no charge!
